How can I return my order?

If your product is not entirely to your liking, you can of course return it with ease.
 Via the instructions on the enclosed return form you can register the order and return it.

Didn't you receive a form? Then follow the steps below:
Step 1: log in to your account.
Step 2: choose the option 'return'.
Step 3: click on the order you want to return.
Step 4: follow the steps on the screen to complete the registration.
Step 5: when the registration is successful, you will receive a return barcode by e-mail that you can use to return the package.
Step 6: add the return form to the return package and hand over the package to a postoffice.
Step 7: keep the proof of postage safe until the return is processed.

As soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse, you will automatically be notified.

Of course you can also easily return your items without an account within 30 days of receipt.
